Do I need to change my invoicing system?
No. Plazo connects to the system you use today or works from an Excel file. You keep invoicing as usual.
Will you help me import my invoices?
Yes. We walk you through your first import on a video call, in Spanish.
Do my customers need an account to pay?
No. They open the link and pay with Mercado Pago, bank transfer or card.
Does Plazo take a fee on payments?
No. You only pay for your plan. The payment processor charges its own fees.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan and keep going. If you don't pick one, your account is paused and we don't charge you anything.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want and the change shows up on your next bill.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We encrypt everything with AES-256. The Scale plan adds role-based permissions and an activity log.
